58’ All Steel Narrowboat built in 2003 by Liverpool Boats. Professional fit-out. Isuzu diesel engine. 4 berths. Eberspacher
central heating. 240 volt
landline. Bow thruster. BSC to Dec. 2012.
ENTER: Via stern down steps into
bedroom which has a fixed-double with storage under and cupboards above. At the foot of the bed there is a full length cupboard.
BATHROOM: With full length shower, vanity unit with cupboard under, Sani-Marine Pump-out toilet and radiator with towel rail.
GALLEY: With Vanette gas 4-ringed hob with oven under. There are
cupboards above the work surface and an inset sink and drainer with mixer tap.
There is an LG refrigerator, and further cupboard space to the right of the sink.
DINETTE: The attractive dinette coverts into a double berth.
SALOON AREA: This area has 2 easy chairs,
a Morso Squirrel Stove and
there is an attractive corner unit to house the T.V. with a fitted radio and good cupboard space.
GENERAL: LADY JAYNE is insulated with Spray Foam and fitted out in
Oak-faced ply. The window frames are gold anodised and there is a side hatch. There is a front cratch and cover.
A Hull survey was carried out in 2008 and she was last hull-blacked in July of that year when 4 new anodes were fitted. The
roof was re-painted in May of this year.
The engine’s recorded usage is less than 500 hours.
