37’ All Steel Traditional style narrowboat built in 1982. Its hull builder is unknown, but it was fitted out by Alan Blower
after he discovered the
hull in a Northampton field. The boat is a “one-off” having been originally commissioned by a couple who later cancelled
the order. It has had only 3 owners and has been
very well cared for.
ENTER via Stern down steps into:
GALLEY: with a Phillips Whirlpool hob and oven, Ranglir refrigerator,
and very good cupboard space.
The passageway is extremely light and airy with the remaining rooms off to the right beginning with:
BEDROOM: with fixed double and storage under.
BATHROOM: with Casette toilet and wash hand basin. The bathroom has been tiled throughout so that it can be used as a wet
room.
SALOON: Good size lounge area with sofa which converts to double bed.
Steps go up from the Saloon to the front deck.
GENERAL: GISMO is a very pleasing boat with a surprising amount of space for her 37’. She is lined throughout in pine t
and g with attractive fittings and fixtures.
Would certainly suit a first time buyer. She is scheduled to have a hull black in July and the present owner will be going
ahead with this.
These details have been specially designed to provide an easily readable profile of a craft and so give a prospective
purchaser a good idea of whether it is likely to be of serious interest. As we do not (and indeed nor should we) carry
out a survey ourselves this profile does not attempt to identify areas of non-compliance with the B.W. safety
regulations lest a prospective purchaser is tempted to rely on this profile and not, as suggested below, employ his
own Marine Surveyor. In this case we are acting as Brokers only. The Vendor is not selling in the course of business
and where he has made a written declaration of clear title we as Brokers cannot and do not guarantee it. Whilst
every care has been taken in the preparation, the correctness of these particulars is not guaranteed. A prospective
buyer is strongly advised to check the particulars and at his own expense to employ a qualified Marine Surveyor to
carry out a survey.
