ENTER: via Cruiser open stern deck-down steps into: STERN CABIN USED AS A BEDROOM: With L-shaped seating which converts to a double bed and which has been left as a fixed double by the present owners. There is excellent storage space with two full length cupboards, one with shelving and one with hanging space. The Alde Gas Central Heating boiler is housed in this cabin and there is a radiator opposite.
BATHROOM: With full length shower, pump-out toilet and wash-hand basin in vanity unit.
GALLEY: With full size gas cooker, refrigerator, stainless steel sink and drainer and good cupboard space both under and over the work tops
which include suspended glass units.
